On-site diagnosis ($50 / $65)
A technician arrives in the booked window, examines the appliance, identifies the failure mode, and confirms the part needed. The diagnostic fee is collected on arrival — $50 for dryers, $65 for washers.

Written repair quote
You receive a written quote before any repair work begins. Parts and labor are itemized. If the repair isn't worth doing (for example, when repair cost approaches replacement cost), we say so — no upsell.

Repair completed in 45–90 minutes
If you authorize the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and applied toward the total. Most repairs complete in the same visit with parts from the truck. Special-order parts add a follow-up visit, usually within a few business days.

3-month warranty on parts and labor
Every repair includes a 3-month warranty on the specific parts replaced and labor performed. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we return at no charge.

How quickly can you come out?
Calls before noon are usually scheduled same-day. Later calls are typically next-day. We're open Monday through Sunday, 8am to 7pm. You receive a 2–3 hour arrival window when you book.
What does the diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic visit is $50 for dryers and $65 for washers, waived in full if you authorize the repair — you pay $0 for the diagnostic when you proceed with the fix. A second unit at the same address (for example, washer + dryer in the same call) is an additional $30.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs complete in a single visit, 45 to 90 minutes once the technician has diagnosed the issue. Special-order parts add a return visit, typically within a few business days.
What's covered by your 3-month warranty?
Parts and labor for the specific repair we performed. If the same failure recurs within 90 days, we return at no charge. The warranty covers the repair work itself — not unrelated new issues that develop on the appliance.
Is it worth repairing a 10-year-old dryer or washer?
Often yes. A $200–$400 repair is typically a fraction of replacement cost ($600–$1,800 for comparable units). Our experienced technicians will tell you straight when a repair isn't worth doing — for example, when motor or drive-train work approaches the cost of a new unit.
