I started We Fix Dryer in 2017 because most OC homeowners with a broken dryer or washer were calling a generalist who could touch every appliance in the kitchen but ran out of patience when a stackable started throwing NF/NC codes or a front-loader couldn't get past the spin cycle. Laundry machines have their own failure patterns — vent obstructions, drum rollers, motor couplers, lid switches, control boards — and the parts live on different supply chains. So I built a shop that does only dryers and washers across 16 brands.

Across our family of OC appliance shops, our team has completed more than 20,000 in-home visits since 2017. On the laundry side specifically we've handled long-dry-time complaints on Samsung front-loaders from Newport Beach to Anaheim, motor-coupler replacements on Whirlpool top-loaders in Costa Mesa, drain-pump rebuilds on LG washers in Irvine, and bearing replacements on Speed Queen commercial-grade residential units across the county. We diagnose first, quote in writing, fix what we said we'd fix, and back it with a 3-month warranty.

What we won't take on. RV stackables — different mounting standards and we don't carry the parts. We won't quote a repair when the cost approaches replacement — we'll say so straight.
